Your Exclusive Invitation:
This November, restoration leaders from across the country will gather at the Covered S Ranch in Snyder, TX for Mavericks & Mastery — an exclusive retreat designed to sharpen your strategy, strengthen your network, and give you the tools to thrive in a shifting industry.
Why Mavericks? Because bold leadership is about forging your own path when challenges mount.
Why Mastery? Because growth requires systems and strategies that create long-term results.
If you want both, this retreat is for you.
The Experience:
More Than A Workshop
This isn’t a conference room in a chain hotel. It’s a leadership retreat inside a working West Texas ranch, where bold ideas meet bold landscapes.
Days are spent sharpening strategy and systems. Evenings are for firepit conversations, chef-prepared meals, and moments that spark breakthroughs you’ll remember long after you head home.
And yes—bring your spouse or significant other. They don’t need to sit through sessions; there’s plenty for them to enjoy at the ranch. The more, the merrier.

Facilitated By:
Anthony Nelson, Pivot
After 13 years growing Premier Restoration Hawaii to 4 locations and 160 employees, Anthony Nelson paused to catch his breath, and then promptly joined Pivot. A much younger Anthony started his journey as a restoration technician some 22 years ago. Seeing how he was able to make a difference in people’s lives every day, he fell in love with property restoration and a lovely lady named Angela too.
He credits strong leadership as the force that molded him professionally and helped propel him to a level of success young Anthony never anticipated. Today, his mission focus is to build better businesses by building better business leaders.
Never one to be idle, Anthony currently serves on the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) board of directors, and as a consensus body member for the forthcoming and aptly named, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) S760 Standard for Professional Wildfire Investigations and Restoration of Impacts to Structures, Systems, and Contents. And if that isn’t enough, he also chairs the scholarship committee for the Construction Industry of Maui. In his free time, you’ll find him collaborating with other thought leaders in the service industry, trying to figure out how to give field-based staff 15 minutes of their day back because, in his opinion, no one works harder or deserves more from us than our technicians in the field.
