3-Day Contents Restoration Workshop in Pittsburgh, PA: July 22-24

Join Barb & Tim Jackson of Total Contentz for a 3-day, hands-on intensive contents restoration workshop in Pittsburgh, PA - home of the NFL 2026 Draft!  

This training is designed to give you and your team real-world, hands-on techniques and systems you can actually implement—not just theory.

You won’t just hear about workflows and processes - you’ll practice them - from role-playing to hands on-packing and contents cleaning.

Day 1 – Classroom Training

📍 Hampton Inn Conference Room (Bridgeville, PA)

🕘 Starts at 8:00 AM, Ends at 5:00 PM

🥐 Breakfast available in the hotel lobby

We’ll kick things off with introductions, the Four Factors of a Successful Contents Restoration Division, including inventory best practices, and the Total Contentz Job Planning System - implemented and proven in hundreds of contents divisions.  You will receive dozens of open Word documents to customize with your logo and verbiage. 

Days 2 & 3 – Hands-On Training

📍 Off-site at the BELFOR Property Restoration Facility in Morgan, PA (5 minutes from hotel)

🕘 Meet in the hotel lobby at 8:00 AM and travel together to BELFOR's Facility. Thursday ends at 4:30 PM and Friday at 1:00 PM.

These days are all about application—working through real processes in a hands-on environment designed for training.

• Processing facility setup, equipment, and supplies

Day 2 – Systems & Hands-On Execution

• Packing boxes for efficiency & profitability

• Staging areas, pack-out stations, and inventory systems

• Hands-on inventory, packing & furniture wrapping

• Organizing workflows from intake to storage

• Identifying inefficiencies and improving team productivity

Day 3 – Hands-On Application & Workflow Integration

• Applying systems in a real processing area

• Refining pack-out and inventory processes

• Improving team efficiency and workflow execution

• Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement

• Translating training into real-world implementation
